Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Coaching application: name, email, phone, goals, schedule, training history, and any health or injury information you choose to share. Collected through Jotform.
• Consultation booking: name, email, and appointment details, collected through Calendly.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone, and payment status; we never see or store your full card number.
• Coaching: training data, nutrition logs, check-in notes, body measurements, and progress photos you share with us in the RBLD app, WhatsApp, FaceTime, text, or email.
• Website: basic technical data your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited). If we add analytics, we will name the provider here.

2. How we use it

• To decide whether coaching is a fit and schedule your consultation.
• To deliver coaching: build and adjust your program, review check-ins, and track progress.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To contact you about scheduling, coaching, and billing.
• We will never use your photos, results, or name publicly (website, social media, ads) without your separate written permission.

3. How we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, under their own privacy policies: Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Jotform (applications), the RBLD app (coaching delivery), and WhatsApp or Apple FaceTime (communication). We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Health information

Any health or injury information you share is used only to coach you safely. Put In Work Fitness is not a healthcare provider, and this information is not covered by HIPAA, but we keep it confidential and share it with no one except as described above.

5. How long we keep it

We keep client records while you're a client and for up to 3 years after, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Applications from people who don't become clients are deleted after 12 months.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing jbrechlin@putinworkfitness.com. You can opt out of any non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or asking us directly.

7. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Age

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
